Our divorce petition is still going. Last year my wife had filed an MCA in highcourt. I had represented myself through an advocate. We had not filed our reply. From all quarters i got a suggestion that there is no point opposing that MCA as court is generally sympathetic towards women. So i withdrew my representation. Later the MCA was disposed off in her favour.
Its been 10 months now and i found out that all the contentions in that MCA are false and i have strong evidences to proove it. I feel its a perjury as she has intentionaly lied for hiding the facts. I dont want to challenge the judgment but would like to challenge that she has intentionally lied in the court for getting benifitts. Can this be done?
