Dr J C Vashista (Advocate)     11 September 2020

What is the ground for challenging the will ?

Kanthi Vijay Kumar   11 September 2020

Elder daughter got it under undue influence while ignoring other copercenors rights, brother and younger sister.

G.L.N. Prasad (Retired employee.)     11 September 2020

One has to file declaration suit and establish such fraud /undue influence and it will be a long struggle to establish undue influence and convince the court.   Contact local advocate as presumptions/assumptions are not permissible in establishing undue influence and there must be solid proof like establishing a criminal charge.

Rama chary Rachakonda (Secunderabad/Telangana state Highcourt practice watsapp no.9989324294 )     11 September 2020
