Air India Ltd is just in the process of revising the new payscale as per the pay revision due from 01/01/2007 and has asked for objection within 10 days. As per the new payscale I am at financial loss as I will not get the financial jumps available to me in present condition. Hence I do not want to go for the new pay scale.
Can I inform the same to the management and will they have to abide by the decision of mine as it is in negative to my present terms of service.
