I have a agriculture land in UP lucknow, and I want to convert land use from Agriculture to Educational purpose some persons says that land will be converted into section 143 of UP zamidaris act and it will be converted to agricultute to residential purpose but I have a doubt that It might be Converted from Agriculture to Educational purpose is there is difference in these conversions.

Under 143, agricultural land can be declared non agricultural only, not residential or educational, or industrial.

Sir I have exaplained there is no such provision in U.P. Z. A. L. R Act.
But If any land is declared non agricultural under Sec 143, it can be used legally for any other purpose as constructing building, school, swimimg pool, etc.
