MY NAME IS WRITTEN AS ALOK KUMAR TIWARI IN ALL DOCUMENTS STARTING FROM 1ST TO GRADUATION LEVEL. i AM USING MY NAME AS AALOK TEWARI AND WANT TO CONTINUE WITH THIS NAME. PLEASE ADVISE ME THE PROEEDURE THROUGH WHICH I CAN CONTINUE WITH THIS NAME

Apply name correction for gazette order in Gazette department in your state capital city. follow the instructions carefully which is printed overleaf of the application.

If you are staying in district you can make a application through Thasildhar along with affidavit on stamp paper than they give certificate and same may submit to gazette authority by paying requisite fee they will publish in the official gazette
