Dear experts,
we got the communication that the KOL police is planning to file a chargesheet for us in false 498a and DV case.
Considering that the FIR consists of false and blatant lies by SIL and has been filed using SIL's family's influence and money..i have the following question:

1.What would be the next immediate steps by Police/judiciary after the chargesheet is filed ? (pl.note me,brother and my mom have recieved bail)
..
2.FIR says scene of happenings or crime is entirely in Mumbai, and police has not done any enquiry here in our state(Mumbai) - (they have no jurisdiction). So,their so called dummy investigations would only be1 sided .Our statements are not recorded anywhere.
What sould be focus into at this stage that would help us in quashing the case and challenge the investigations ??

3. Through RTI what legal documents of investigations at this stage should we try to collect eg.their false witness statements etc. ??
