I would like to form a charitable trust for carrying out various chartiable activities, I would like the trust to be registered in west bengal but should be able to carry out activities across india.
What i would like to know is can i bring a trust into existance by means of a fixed deposit in a psu bank. if so how to go about it , I can donate my fixed deposit to the trust after it comes into existance.
please give your advice in this noble thought.
