I got marriage on Mar 2012 ( we didnt take any dowry from them they kept to her daughter 15 tulas gold and given 30cents land to her daughter which is registered on my wife before marriage only ) and Son born on Jan 2013.
Wife taken my son with the help of their member on Nov 2013. She sent one mediator to our home and told "She dont wont ur son and her son they want compensation and they are ready to give our son age is 2.5yrs" we said to mediator that we want both but not compensation they did not accept and finally they given complaint under 498a on June 2014.
We got call from ps to attend counsil but at that time SI is not there and they was managed by wife members they brought nearly 15 members to PS and taken us to the back of ps one office is there.
They brought white paper and in that matter is there with conditions we have to sign in that
- both have to apply for mutual divorce
- they demanded 7.5lks before divorce only we have to give it in a month
- withdraw complaint when 7.5lk money given only
- they given my 2.5ys son to us as wife dont want my son and me
finally we and all 15members signed in that and came back to home with our son.
We approached lawyer he said money should be given only after divorce we said to them after a month they didnt agree later on wife managed a constable and came to our home to take my son we did not given bcoz she only given to us. She tried to arrest me but FIR is not there on them so they went back.
Finally in Feb 2015 she again lodged complaint in WPS on kidnapping my son and 498a case on me.
We went to WPS there they asked us to settle issue through mediators
This time we traped by mediators words based on them
we deposited 7.5lk money in bank and they taken our son but they didnt withdraw case and now they are not applying for divorce also. now they are telling us we will not show ur son and if u want divorce u only apply our daughter will not come and apply.
What should we do now on false dowry , 498a, divorce and how to get back my son present age is 3.7 yrs?
