Cheating done by builder

Dear All

I am getting concerned about my  part registration of  recently purchase flat with sandip Mishra  I have already paid him full amount .
We made everything very clear in black and white  on MOU,  registered  part
registration , this time I am really surprise when I made a full payment  I thought he will  pay it to his  bank and release the mortgage  and hand over us original documents of isha flat to enable us to go ahead for full and final registration . unfortunately for the last two  month I am following up but he always tells lie  , time killing tendency and there is no  limit of his fraud  and  due to this , it resulted in, mental agony and hardship to me.

Sandeep  and his company  savitri group    has clearly shown utter negligence in handing over the isha flat and thus caused loss financial losses to me . There is clearly lack of good faith on the part of
Sandeep  and his company     .Therefore I trust that  sandeep conduct is arbitrary and illegal .

please advice

Regards

If a big builder cheats us, even the police or municipal corporation are unwilling to entertain complaints against him.  In case of a dispute, we will have to struggle to even get an appointment with the builder… and when we do, he will cow us down with his show of importance. We will be reduced to negotiating, pleading and begging before him.

If we choose to go to court, the builder has the money power to engage respected counsels to defend his illegalities. And we realize, too late, that the documents and receipts are inadequate for the court, and the transaction was partly illegal e.g. cash payments made towards parking space, and therefore, cannot be proved in court. Any lawyer will tell you that as a home-purchaser, you should get copies of all the important documents of the building project, and not only your flat.
