Dear sir,
I have made an agreement with a delhi based educational institute for its center in Bihar.I have deposited 3 lakh for center franchisee fee.But now a days i came to know that they provided me false information about their institute.Their institute is not recognised by any government aluthority.
In agreement , there is a clause that in any dispute the court of Delhi shall be exclusive jurisdiction.
Now i would like to register against him in Patna.Is it possible to register case in patna or i should register case in Delhi.Please reply.
you can take legal action where the cause of action lies.
the jurisdiction of other court is not barred by such clause.
