We are living in a rented house in ground floor.the owner are on 1 st floor. the problem is with water. there are two motors for filling the tank one for us and the other for owners. the tank is divided into two parts 3/4 th for us and 1/4 for owners. we run the motor for more than six times a day for 45 min each time. the owners run the motor for only 5 min once in every 3 days. we run out of water every few hours. there is one guy who take care of the repair works.he is related to owner. he did the entire work for the house. last week one of the tap broke down and water started overflowing. when my mother insisted that there is a plumber known to us who would the repair, the next minute the guy who did the wiring and tubes for the showed up. t
he doubts for us grew very strong then.what should we do leave the house or lodge a complaint against so that in near future they wont cheat anyone?
