What can be exceptional case can you please elaborate a little? If the mother is strongly indulging in hostile parenting can that be a reason? Also, generally how long does a GWA case take. If it takes 2-3 years then it makes sense to file now because it will end when the boy is 5 years and girl 9 years. The fathers has good points in his favor but this less than 5 year issue is a biggest worry. Can you please provide your sugegstions

U will have to prove how welfare of the child will be better in ur custody than ur wife along with emotional security, financial status that can be given by u . If ur wife has any mental problem and or cannot pay proper attention and ur parents can devote their time for ur son etc will be taken into consideration. Question of access to the child will also be considered by the court.
