hello experts. i have filled case for the custody of my 4 years daughter still i could not get visitation. hon'ble judge said that on 25th august will have hearing on custody case. my problem is suppose if i lose custody of my daughter's case then can i get visitation of my daughter? can i get visitation order from court? on 25th augist hearing is about custody case. is it possible if i lost custody case then can i get visitation? can my wife stop to visit the daughter? my wife has filled crpc125 and case is under process. she has mentioned in maintenance case that she is doing nothing. and her mother is helping her financially. so i say that what is future of my daughter there?
