Child custody..police case

My wife is living in her parents house from 03'sepp,2011.We have a baby boy of 1.1 years .I have
serveral times requested him to come back home
I have done the follwing activity
1)Send two letter to come back home
2)General diary that she is not allowing me to visit my son
3)Send Money order each month for my son
4)File a case to get child custody,The case hearing is still pending

Last sunday i went again to visit my son , she does not allow me to meet.
I have done GD in this matter

My question is that can she do any harm,as i went to visit my son as the case is still in
the court. Please note that after comming home , local polistation called me not to come
again , either thay will arrest me

Is there any such rule , that i can not visit my son without court order

@ Author,

1. Sensible things you have already done.
2. No there is no such Rules.
3. But, in acrimonious status of husband-wife relations it is always better to arm non-custodial parent with some Court Order. Police sides abalas otherwise they are duty bound to help you by calling her to police station for re-conciliation as one of their social duties. But why should they do as it is nobody's case!
4. Pin point the cause of delay in Guardianship petition proceedings and expedite it.
