Child visit

My wife has filed for divorce a year back,I have as yet not filed anything and have not been attending any case hearing. we have met after that on several occasions untill this five the feb and then she suddenly stopped discussing and talking to me, she has changed her residence and i dont know where she stays or works.She isnt even allowing me to meet my daughter who is 2 years old. Pls advice what should I do i do not want to give the divorce as I dont want my daughter to live without a father. I am even wiling to change my residence and move to wherever she says.She is very adamant.

@dev,

Do not avoid divorce case filed by her.  First find out what happened in divorce case filed one year back and take appropriate steps to attend the court proceedings and contest the divorce case on merits.  In divorce proceedings, ask the judge for mediation and there you express your sentiments about wife and the child.  I hope you will get positive response.  In this very case, file application for custody of the child and you will atleast get visitation rights.
