If it is your child, you make it say all that the mother is teling is false in court, rest judge will grant you custody of kid if you are wlling to take care.

 File an application at court mentioning the facts stated above to bring the conduct of the wife to the notice of the courtin order to block access. Further, The Dr.prescripttion does not state that the fever was caused due to the food given by father.. There was complain of fever... did the Dr. state in precription how much the fever was??? relax... courts are aware of the allegations made by the custodial parents to block access.

As rightly mentioned above, if the medical certificate nowhere mentions that fever was caused due to food fed by father, then you have to oppose the application filed by your wife strongly and point out to the Court that this is another attempt on her part to deny you access.  Highlight her conduct before the Court.
