if yes,

the words ''husband or relatives of husband'' in the definition of 498a will have to be changed to PLEURALS.

498A. Husband or relative of husband of a woman subjecting her to cruelty

What about surrogate motherhood?

Marrying second time for child is a selfish job!

Amit ji,

If one has to go for adoption  then better choice is not to get marry for first time also.

you mean people marry just to reproduce babies?

your thoughts are outdated and selfish.

imagine your jeejaji dumping your sister at your home  7 yrs. after her marriage, because she cannot bear a child.or your future son-in-law doing the same with your daughter..

SOLUTION-Adopt a child

So better way for a gentle family whether that is me/my sister/my daughter etc let the other person free.

If one is not able to reproduce he/she does not have any right to spoil other life.

A person must get chance to reproduce and bigamy in such cases sould have been legal.

further, suppose,

the husband is impotent - the wife should also be given chance to avail the same provision.

the wife will live with either husband on alternate days.

will it be just / logical / legal to also make above amendment ??
"

 Amit ji,

Please donot bring bigamy in the picture. If suppose wife is not able to reproduce better way for both is take divorce and wife should be given her stridhan + maintance (if require).

I am not an expert on legal stuff but being mother or father is one of most important feeling in life. Its a natural way of life. Adoption is an option, but a person would like to see himself in the child. Don't know what should be the solution, but a person should be able to have his own kid if he/she is capable.
