childless Sunni Muslim property

A childless Sunni Muslim person dies, at the time of death one wife, one full brother and two full sisters are alive, according to the Muslim Sunni Sharia of India, the immovable and movable property of the deceased is 16 shares, the share of the wife is 4 parts (25 % ), 6 parts (37.5%) of the brother and 6 parts (37.5%) of the two sisters, what to do if the wife does not want to give the share to the brothers and sisters of the deceased? I would like to know the opinion of learned lawyers of Muslim Sunni law.

If the mother does not cooperate in giving the rightful shares to sons and daughters file suit in court.
