the case was registered in a blank chq in 420/467/120b by pointing suspicious statements as he gave money in alone ,he does not know income law etc.
what is procedure in crpc 315 in defence and his witenesses.any point to remember.
in a sec467ipc case,prosecution could not bring good proof of forgery in chq.ours plea is like case in sec 464 example C.we want to submit written arguments in final with quoting several decisions.is it compulsory to append all such cases in hard copy.further pl mention steps to follow in written arguments.pl guide ,thanks
