A father has five sons who made registered will in 1991. After 5 Years he made unregistered codicle and give something to one son and another son witness the codicle . Can another son witness the codicle. If not then, will the codicle valid or invalid? Can we prove this codicle invalid in court.

Though you have right to challenge the validity of WILL . Law permits your father to make WILL on any time and on number of time. So the the ground of challenge as given by you in your query is not tenable. Sidharth 9811776422
