we have our own house with sharing common wall .. Since past two year our neighboring harrashes us to constructed their toilets and kitchen in common wall causing this we disturbe to hear clear voice of their daily activities.. Already we done the notry process of common wall with contract.. But nowadays they create noise purposefully to disturbing us.. And their relative also have buisness of tables and chair in thier living place and creat the purposely noise to disturbing us.. So kindly help me what action i should get on them..

It is of course very sad if we don't think about other's conviennaces.
It is better to solve this amicably to minatin the hormonious neighbourhood , but if you want to pressurise them then you can issue a legal notice and inform them of legal action so as
to stop the nuisance.
