Civil appeal dismissed by an order, what is maintainable now

Hi,

My SLP was converted into Civil appeal but later it was dismissed/decided by an order, not by judgement.

What is the option available to me now? whether I can file a review petition before the apex court or the high court?

what is reason of dismiss is important to check option.

of it is dismiss in default. it can restore.

if dismiss after hearing both the side then hi for appeal
