civil case

I have got judgement on my property which was under a civil case. now the opponents are not letting me to do construction on it, how to take police help.?

File application in court for help of police that defenders are objecting.they have file d caveat or not verify.appeal court has given stay or not verify .court proceedings doesn't end so easily.wait patiently.

no appeal, nothing has been done by them. i want police protection to get my construction.
