Civil case in banglore never ending

Dear ALL,

We have been filed by Civil case (PROPERTY PARTITION) in bangalore initial at 2000 by person who stays opposite to our house and case has been corresponded by almost 11 years and court has given judgement on our favour in 2011 .

but the petitioner again filled RA case in the same court on 2012 and court has dismissed case in 2014.

Now again he has placed a Misl case on the same dec 2014, KINDLY REQUEST ALL TO HELP ME HOW TO SOLVE THIS NEVER ENDING PROBLEM,

I CAN SEE YOUR WORRIES....AND WHY IS THERE NO RULE TO HELP PEOPLE WITH THIS NASTY FLOW CHART....ITS A SHAME!

ANYONE CAN FILE A CASE AGAINST AN INDIVIDUAL AND DRAG THEM FROM COURTS TO COURTS...5-10 YEARS MUNSIFF 5-10 YEARS SESSION 5 YEARS HIGHCOURT 5 YEARS SUPREME?!@$
