agr hamara civil me case chal rha h aur hamara pass paise nhi h case Ledne k liye . aur case vapas lete h. to dubara fir se future me civil court me apil kr skte h kya ?

Agar aap case wapas lete hai aur aap ka case limitation ke bahar ho gaya to fir aap case file nahi kar sakte.
