Sir/Madam,
My question is that, i have loose the civil case (employment bond was broken) in district court and court has given order to pay the amount and next date is after one month.
But till now i did not judgement at my home address hence now i want to appeal in higher court so please advice me, when is the time duration to appeal in higher court and process to appeal ?
