A will is not required to be compulsory registered, essential requirement of will is it should be signed by testator and two witnesses. Will can be modified/cancelled any time during the life time of testator and last Will/codicile shall be deemed valid.

The second unregistered WILL shall supersede the earlier unregistered WILL. Registration of WILL is the option of the executor and mere registration does not give any validity to the particular document. There is no bar on signing of the beneficiary (here son) the WILL as witness.
