What are the remedies to the petitioner when a revision petition is filed under section 115 of CPC?
To be precise: When the High Court orders in favour of the petitioner, against the order of the trial court, what is normally done - whether the High Court directs the trial court to conduct fresh hearing or High Court itself conducts the hearing?
Pls. help me. I could not find the answer in any books.
The High Court order will be communicated to the Trail Court. You can apply certified copy of the order and file before trail court
