Civil suit

Sir,
I wanted to purchase a a property through loan and got a loan from HDFC bank.I entered in Sale agreement with the Owner who has a loan with Allahabad Bank.
After registration the Owner has refused to foreclose the loan and also not provided previous chain of agreement, Society Noc .
because of this we could not get out loan disbursed.
The balance amount was to be paid by my bank within 60 days.
There was a 60 days time frame to make the payment or else the agreement can be terminated.
The owner terminated the contract  by sending  the termination notice.
We put the matter in Civil Court for specific performance of contract and  won the case.

Now the matter is pending with High court.

Please advise that what can be the outcome of the case in High Court.
Does my agreement stand terminated?
What can be done to get my flat back.
who will win the case?
