On a flat purchased from a builder in year 2005 for 10 Lakhs as per the Construction agreement, And with current market value of 40 lakhs what is the Court Fee for Civil Suit in Tamilnadu state? Also, what is the Court Fee for Interim Order?
I am confused with Civil Court & Consumer Court. When people go to Civil Court & when people go to Consumer Court? Which is a better place for getting the justice Civil Court / Consumer Court?
In Civil Court thru Civil Suit apart from Justice for my case, can I get "Compensation for Delay in Handingover Possession", "Refund of Court & Advocate Expenses from Loosing Party", "Compensation for Rent / Rental Opportunity", "Compensation for Mental Agony / Harassment". Can I get all these from Civil Court? Out of these 4 what I can get from Civil Court & what I can get from Consumer Court?
May I kindly request you to clarify the above questions.
