claim on porpert and land

My father in law divorced ( First wife died) his  2nd wife and paid  maintenance to her n her son till the son's age of 18 and  also paid a lumsum amt. of Rs.5K odd towards alomny as per family court 's order ( 1991) . after that  the relation closed forever. on Jan.10 father in law expired  now the question is can she or her son claim for father in law's property and land.

 My husband is the son of his first wife and staying with him till the date.

If the order of alimony made in favour of the 2nd wife clearly reveals that the 2nd wife or her son has no future/other claim then your husband is entitled to the property in full otherwise the 2nd wife or her son may claim property rights.
