Claim property part

My Nana has create one registered will and according to that after theri wife's death property divided equally amonth brother and sister.

now after Nana's death, all property transferred to wife. but that registerd will is not executed.

at that time wife, son and daughter has created one agreement "samjota karar", according to that after nani's death, all property given to daughter's First son.

Based on this agreement , daughter and son has removed their property rights from property.

Now, Nani and daugher both are died. only daughter's son and uncle(son) living.

this agreement is not registered,so again my question is can uncle register this agreement and execute it?

asking this question bcz daughter's son already staryted case in court that mother has done this agreement un-willingily.

i don't have any original copy of will, but if i can get xerox copy, is it valide in court. can i execute in court?
