Clarification cr.pc/ipc

DEAR ALL RESPECTED SIR,

A CASE FILLED UNDER IPC324,326 BY 3 PERSON BUT BY THE MISTAKE BY OPOSIET PARTY FILED THE CASE AGAINST THE 4 ONE WAS NOT THERE BUT STILL THEY INCLUDED IN THAT CASE ONE WHO IS VERY EDUCATED AN MBA GRADUATE FROM HIS FAMALY HEIS NOT  NOT DOING ANYTHING HE JUST WATCHING ALL THE DRAMA THAT WHY HE GUILY ABOUT THAT AND OPOSITER NAME HIM ALSO A PERSON WHO IS INCLUDE IN THAT CASE SO WHAT SHOULD HE CAN DO ABOUT THAT?

Dear  Mr. Rajan

if the case is file u/s 156 (3) cr.PC, you can not do anything untill the court passed an order against you, either for registered FIR or issue summon against you.

after registeration of FIR or issue summon you have right to file a quashing petition before HC or if you have very very strong proof in your innocence, you can file a dischrge application before magistrate who issue summon or passed an order to register FIR against you.

Thanks for your reply. Already court has given direction to register the FIR and based on that the police officials came for enquiry.

What will be the further move by the individual to face the issue?
