Clarification of Property kindly help...

Respected Sirs, My aunt aged 54 residing in tamilnadu, she is the youngest daughter,her father have a property of 10 cents, along with her 2 elder brothers and 3 elder sisters and her first elder brother and my aunt were alive. Her father have made a sale deed of that abovesaid property to her alive elder brother's wife name by the year1990. Sirs my queries: Is there any possibility of making any suit against her elder brother to ask her part. Is it possible to obtain any shares from the said land. Kindly clarify sirs, Thanks Francis... If it was self acquired property then the owner could dispose it in his life time to anyone as it pleased to him by a valid deed; e.g; Sale Deed.

 

None has any forced share.

as such there may not be concept of ancestral property in Christians
