Clarification on noc

Sir, Wife filed 498a on me (A1) and my family (A2,A3,A4,A5). Later all released on bail. After that A4 and A5 Field quash petition in high court through lawyer. Now the case is pendging in Highcourt. After that (A1) approached same lawyer to file transfer petition in High court and paid fees Rs.10,000/- by cash but he didnt file Transfer petition in Highcourt but in court website  status is showing That Petitoner Name: XYZ and Adv. Name : ABC, Listing stage : NULL, posting stage : NULL, All fields are shoiwng "NULL".

1) Please advise wheather (A1) is required NOC from Lawyer because he didnt file Transfer petition in Highcourt but court website  status is showing That "Petitoner Name: XYZ and Adv. Name : ABC, Listing stage : NULL, posting stage : NULL, All fields are shoiwng "NULL". Please advise.

2) Is it required NOC from present Lawyer to file Quash petiton in High court for A1 with new lawyer. Please advise.

3)Is it required NOC from present Lawyer to file Transfer petiton with new lawyer in High court for A1. Please advise.

Thanks for your time

1. If you are able to see your name on the HC website, that means that a Transfer Petition was filed.  Why are the rest of the fields showing NULL, that is a question you will have to enquire with the HC department.

2. To file a separate proceeding, you dont need an NOC.  You can file it through a different lawyer.

3. Yes, if a Transfer Petition has been filed on your behalf, you would require an NOC
