Clarification regarding marriage laws (amendment) bill, 2010

this is only bill not law yet so she can not claim any share in your ancestral property. but she is entitled to get maintenance from you if she is unable to maintain herself and there is no sufficient reason to left your company as per section 125 of Cr.PC

Thanks for your response. During counselling counsellor ask her what is the reason for divorce she said i am suspecting her it seems . They asked how. She replied if she stand outside the house in veranda i am asking her why u r standing. They asked me clarification i said actual. Before accepting her i asked whether she liked me she said yes. Only then i accepted her by clearly explaining family reason (  i.e. i lost my father i am taking of my family etc. ) She was 23 yrs i am 33 yrs during marriage. They said they are aware about age difference. Once after 15 days of marriage she told me personally that she doesn't like marriage . She accepted marriage since if she doesn't get married her father would die. She told me very clearly this statement. I went to her parents and said the same thing and asked why you spoil my life when your girl is not accepting. They in turn replied she is young please be patience we will take care the same. From that day till now i am silent and patience. Through their relation i came to know that her mother beat her for the same due to which she started telling lies that we are not giving food that this etc. Finally she filed divorce and got it.

Couple of days before i was chasing for judgment copy with my lawyers friends in my hometown coimbatore. they said she never failed any claims it seems.

Through their relations we came to know that her father told it seems for my girl boy is ready for next marriage.

To be frank i am happy to say with Shirdi baba's blessings i am escaped from that wicked lady.
