I have filed restitution case in my city and is in process to transfer my husbands case to my city.I was informed my husbands case is in stay over there,But when i checked the portal the second hereing is on 6th and when i checked the case status online,its in notice.
Can anyone please tell me what will be the case status if its in stay????
