Whether a Co-operative Bank can file and application before the Megistrate Tribunal under section 14 of Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets Act 2002?
And Whether the Tribunal is having jurisdiction to entertain such application of Co-operative bank??

Yes, at least in Maharashtra. they have been included in the definition of "bank" under Securitisation Act.
