The issue of EMI is your personal matter...
Till debt is fully paid you cannot sell.

To sell both of you, either of you or intended buyer has to pay the debt.
You can settle the issue of EMI amongst you.
Your spouse has the right to agitate on EMI paid by her and can approach court and this right cannot be infringed upon.
Same is your right.
Try to resolve the matter amicably.
