Dear Sirs,
I need your advice on purchasing a property.
Me and another individual of the opposite s*x (we are in no way related) want to jointly venture in purchasing a property. In short we want to be Co- owners of the property.
My question is -
1. Is it possible to have co-ownership with another individual without any family relationship - Is there some law supporting such partnership?
2. Can we both apply for (50:50) loan to avail the tax benefit?
3.If the above is not feasible - how else can one procure a property as partners.
