• Which Family Law Hindu law, Muslim Law or any other law applies?
• Agreement Copy of the property. Whether such was registered? Was this property Ancestral or Self-owned?
• First Owner: Self, Second Owner: Wife, Third Owner: Minor Child is this correct?
• Who are these other two Legal Heirs? What are their Relations
