Sir, i am 66 years and have two sons with their family away from me and my wife. Can we make a combined will to justify that in my death the whole assets of mine will belong to my wife and the same logic in case of death of my spouse earlier to me. Only on death of both me and my wife the assets belonging to us could be shared by my sons equally. Regards
