Commercial property tax - mumbai

Hello

My father had bought a shop in Mumbai sometime in the 1980's. We have all the registered documents of the property including the original lease document (called 'sannat' in Mumbai). The property tax, however, comes in the old owner's name. We would like to know the procedure on how to change it to my Dad's name?
