I have bought a plot with 1440sq.ft. in Kolkata which doesn't have any common passage to it. Now I am contributing around 115sq.ft. for the common passage. As in the old land registration and mutation detail it has 1440sq.ft. and no common passage mentioned in the map as well. Now the common passage is being built with the contribution from our land . What is process to update the land records,map, registration documents with common passage retails?
