I Have My ' BC 'Community Certificate Issued By State Govt & OBC Certificate Issue By Central Govt.
My Ration Card Still Belongs to My Home Town & Not Yet Transfered to Chennai.
My Baby's Name Not Yet Added in Ration Card.
In the Process of Seeking LKG Admission for My BABY, They Ask for Community Certificate..
We Have Only Birth Certificate of My Baby.
Question(1) : Where to Apply for Community Certificate for My Baby ??? Whether in Chennai ??? or Madurai ???
Question (2) : Father's Community Certificate & Baby Birth Certificate is Sufficient to Obtain Community Certificate ?????
Kindly Need Your Valuable Answers & Tips for Both of My Questions..
