Thanks Mr.Prakash. I also need one more information.

Is there any mode of knowing about the list of defaulting companies in India before investing on any company. Because people are kept in the dark and most of the times are carried away by ads and false propaganda

The information is very much available. The Ministry of Company Affairs in India has provided the defaulting companies state wise. You can log on to the following link and search for the list.
