I have a recruitment firm and we had signed a contract to recruit people for this Company .
Now after we have recruited a senior employee, the company is not paying our dues and it has been 1 year now . After their request for negotiation we gave them good discount on our services and yet they have not paid the money. They are not responding to email and phones. We have been emailing to them for the payment of full amounr due and have cancelled the discount we had offered.
We want to understand what is the Legal recourse we have and whether would it be possible to settle our amicably
