I am narendra kumar Sharma, my brothers of Rinku Sharma worker in retail chain Ltd company new delhi.
My brother Rinku Sharma has serving in company since last 5 years but till date comapany could not recognize for promotion my brother rinku Sharma.
As my discussion with my Brothers I found that he is so depressed with ignorance of company .
As per satatement of Rinku Sharma co-worker Candidate are selected for promotion by
Recommendation of Seniors.
I disscussed with him to talk with senior athorities of company but he is in hegitaion & I have to interfere in this matter.
Not only the company Ignoring his five years Service but also Ignorring his Education(LL.B.). Once he has received best employee award in company.
I wrote company to get the information that why is he not selecting for promotion.
But not get any response any kind
I will be highly obliged if you guide me that how can I treat this matter.
