6.Then it was told to us that they will provide us some Ex-gratia amount if we sign and give some documents (Stating that we understand there is no provision for Compassionate Appointment  kindly provide us the lump sum amount),during this time also we requested to provide job again it was denied.

7.After repeated visits and moving from one pillar to another till this date we didn't get any proper reply from the Bank authorities.It is more than 3 years we have not yet received the justice.

UNDERSTOOD

You did not say whether at all you applied for compassionate job at sufficiently higher level.

Thank you very much for the reply which you have given with such a patience,

1.Even i exactly do not know whether this bank is following the provision of providing the job ( But i have documents which is stating that Banks can provide job and the decision is left to the Management).and need your suggestion how to go about for this.

2. When the money was withdrawn even exactly we were not knowing whom to approach  and all, so we delayed.

3.Now we are in the edge of losing everything and with your response we are getting little hope.

Please guide us in this matter or is it possible for you to handle our case or kindly give any suggestion as we have not yet kept any lawyer for the same.

You  are not letting this forum to know whether you have approached higher authorities or have merely contacted branch manager.

It is not know whether you have represented to the chairman within reasonable time. You are not even letting this forum know whether request for compassionate job has been made in writing or verbally only. 

You also do not disclose the level of the person who advised you against applying for compassionate job.

It is also not know whether collegues of your father have advised you about the details of the authorities competent for this decision.

You  are not the first person in this country who is child of a Govt/PSU employee died while in service. 

Every dependent of such deceased employee gets to know  (atleast from the colleagues or union leaders) who he should represent.  People do get this information from their father’s office even if the deceased had very bad relations with each and every body. In the office.

 

You believe that money was wrongly withdrawn from account and you did not know whom to approach.  It is crystal clear that

·         you have not tried to meet any advocate in your city. 

·         You have lost limitation for going to consumer court

·         It is likely that soon you will loose  limitation of time for moving to Civil court and thereafter no lawyer will be able to help you regarding this recovery.

It is quite strange that :-

·        Your father raised loan from bank and your family did not know of the same.

 

·        You are not disclosing as to why the loan was taken and when it was taken.

 

·        You are not disclosing that how many dependents are there and what are their qualification and employment and marital status.

 

·        Even after knowing about the loan you are aggrieved against the recovery. It is Govt Bank and no official can afford to delay recovery.

 

·        You have access to Internet and you do not know the details of the Name, address, telephone No of the Chairman or grievance officer of the Bank.

 

·        At the time of  funeral the colleagues of father  were assuring  (without powers) that compassionate job will be given but  later they have not even advised as to whom to approach for compassionate job.  This normally could happen if you have annoyed them beyond limit and beyond repair.

 

·        You are alleging the loans are recovered from PF and Saving account.  You have not disclosed whether Gratuity has been received in full and if so why loan was not receovered from gratuity or even after adjusting full gratuity the loan subsisted.

 

Please understand that this forum cannot go hunting for the facts and then advise you

You also said that the family was in debt due to father's illness.  Please also indicate why his medical expenses were not reimbursed  and whether reibursement claim was made.
