Compensation delayed

Dear Sir

My Father Met with a Car Accident in the year of 2011. At that time Oriental Insurance paid only the medical expenses for my Dad who underwent a abroken see surgery thus placed with iron plates. This made his walking difficult and he demanded a compensation from oriental insurance and after a long time the hearing came last month. Unfortunately my father had passed away and my mother asked our laywer to be availble from our side and he did not atend the lok adalat hearing but my mother was available.

On mutual basis in front of the judge the oriental insurance and my mother agreed a sum of 1.2 Lakh. But the judge said that the judgement copy must be claimed though the lawyer. Initially the lawyer was talking properly but now he is not attending our calls and avaiding.

Please tell what we can do about it.

Regards

Rajeswari

Thank you for your suggestion sir but the problem is that my father and the lawyer had entered in a joint acount in bank and the judgement is already passed in favour of my mother but the lawyer is not signing the judgement copy and most of the legal documents are with him only. Is there a way to get the documents from court. If so please guide me accordingly
